Note di degustazione

Perlage fine and persistent. Colour: straw-yellow colour. Nose: complex and elegant bouquet with fruity and floral notes, and characteristic scents of bread crust and yeast. Palate: it stands a great minerality and remarkable acidity.

Combinaties

Excellent accompaniment to creamy parmesan risottos, shellfish and seafood gratin, salt cod fritters and other flavourful fish diches. It's also a wanderful aperitif with salmon canapes, tasty cheese and Mortadella
