After fermentation the wine is aged for 36 months in barrels. Lastly, the Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Dal Forno Romano winery rests in the bottle for two years. Sensual and mellow to both the nose and the palate, it needs no great introductions especially considering the calibre of the winery that produces it.
